Yes! I knew I was not crazy 😂

I have been doing it for a while, ie taking notes about people I meet;
And, as for hiring, I keep 3 axes in mind;
2 were inherited from a very early boss ~20 years ago: competence and motivation; and I added very quickly a 3rd one: ~ethic (which makes or breaks the first 2).

For now it has not produced any result though at my personal level but I have been using it and it has been copied in the companies I worked for quite consistently;

I have a question though:
What is the divide line for privacy? When is it too much (legally+morally)? Is your employee for example able to share those personal notes with his team and/or with you? If not, how to make it a team exercise? How can this be scaled?
