Pastina = Tiny pasta. It’s really not that hard to find - acini de pepe, orzo, ditalini, stelline, etc. As long as it’s small, it’s fine.

I found pastina at Publix. I bought 3 boxes because someone said Barilla discontinued the pastina 😭
