My grandmother taught me the same recipe minus the turmeric for broth! I have never had store bought broth in my 58 years of life! I make my own beef, chicken and vegetable broths and freeze them so I always have some on hand! I am going to add turmeric in my next batch! I haven’t however used an egg in my soup and will be doing that for sure! It looks delightful!!! Very comforting and like a huge hug!
