How to Program your Android TV box Remote

This video will show you how to program your Android TV box to control your TV.

This will work with most Android TV box remotes and is the generic method for programming the remotes.

The specific remote I am using came from the Arealer Android TV Box.

THANKS DUDE!!! I love the leelbox, but keeping ahold of two remotes gets to be a real pain! But now I only need the one, and my wife will think I'm some sort of electronics genius! Had to go through the procedure for each individual button, but was able to get them all working perfect!

This method also works with the Beelink Ultimate remote. The only difference is that you hold down the "LEARN" button until the red LED is solid (NOT FLASHING), and then you do as shown in this video. The distance that you hold BOTH remotes from each other also matters during the programming. Point both remotes at each other with a distance between them of about 1.5 - 2 INCHES. Make sure that you firmly press the desired button on your existing TV remote so that it will send a good signal to the Beelink remote.

The 1st time I used this it worked great...
Hopefully this may help another person.
I upgraded to a new TV and had little success re-programming the Android remote to work with the new TV.
One time the power worked, but no volume, another time volume up worked but not volume down or power and so-on.
Since I was able to partially program the Android remote, I decided I was missing something or got lucky with the older TV.
The old remote was not IR, the new unit was.
Most of the YT videos show both remotes right against each other.
I held the remotes 1 inch/25mm apart and the programming worked fine.

thanks for the great tip. learn something new. however, i would like to ask if the revised is possible? i used to be able to use my TV control to control on my X96 max+ tv box. it happen 1 day that X96 suddenly hanged and rebooted itself. there after i m not able to use my TV control to control X96 box. Any advice?
