Are all NFC tags formatted the same? For instance, if I were to program one NFC tag to toggle wifi on one device, would it also work on another?

Thanks for this video, if we dont do it on mobile, then which device is needed to write on tag, and how? for example, If I build a system for Students ID, then the Student ID should support tag, to store his ID, Name, .. then it should be read by the reader device and show that he is member of this University.

Except you can make NFC tags read-only so they can't be erased..
