scm easy cart - easy management of EVA and polyurethane glue pots

“Easy cart” is ideal for the management of cleaning and maintenance operations of the eva / polyurethane gluepots in a sealed dry chamber requiring only compressed air and power.
The innovative air drying system allows the operator to safely and easily providethe correct maintenance of the polyurethane glue inside the glue pot.
Thanks to its small dimensions (850 x 1150 mm) and wheels, the cart can be placed within the production area in a completely independent way. The electrical and pneumatic connections are equipped with quick couplings to ensure easy removal and installation as required.
The “easy cart” allows the housing of 3 glue pots at the same time.
The Touch Panel is the intuitive color electronic control system for a fast and easy management of all functions of the “easy cart”.
All the main commands are present in a single interface. The maintenance of the polyurethane glue takes place in a completely automatic mode. The electronic management of the controlled humidity inside the maintenance system ensures a perfect preservation of the glue inside the tank, without the supervision by the operator.
