Olimpic k 560 is the perfect single-sided edgebander for large craft enterprises that require continuous and high quality production of a large number of panels. It can achieve the speed of 18 m/min
In the HP version, the automatic set up of the “Multiedge” operating units allows the machining of 2 different radii and solid wood strips up to 12 mm thick.
The gluing unit is equipped, as standard, with the SGP glue pot that allows the use of two different types of glue, PUR and EVA thanks to its special anti-adherent plasma treatment and a fast and simple glue changeover.
The edging without glue is possible thanks to the Airfusion+ technology for a “zero” joint line between panel and edge.
This edgebander can be integrated with the “fastback” panel return device for the automatic return of the panel to the loading area of the machine. Thus the complete edgebanding process is managed by a single operator. The Maestro active edge HMI with a 21" Touch screen allows an error free machining and offers an optimal viewing of the information. The edgebander can be provided with Iot Maestro connect technology for the access to SCM customized services. Maestro connect displays, analyzes and monitors all data coming from the connected machine, transforming them into useful information to increase productivity and to reduce operating and maintenance costs.
