Here in the south they don't really have hot tea with milk, sweet ice tea is a common drink here. Personally I don't like it but I'm lucky enough to have a supermarket that sells a lot of English teas. :)

Its a total myth simply not true. Adding salt & pepper to a steak will create a beautiful crust and make it taste 10 times better. :) Glad you enjoyed the recipe :) thank you
