I’ve always been a huge fan of storytelling especially in aspects of small businesses and their owners / creators, hearing and or seeing just a small piece of their personal side (the real human/s) lol does make & create a connection whether it’s “oh hey I do that too” or “wow I didn’t know anyone felt the same way I did” . Thank you so much for this video Erica! I am at that exact point. By the way omg your videos have help me much thank you! I am still in the testing process pffff what a journey lol....arts and crafts have ALWAYS been a passion for me...I always did it as a hobby (mostly because I was scared of the "what if's") but December of 2022 i was given a second chance in life by the grace of God. Something spark after that experience and I decided to start taking baby steps towards a candle business. I will use the date that I was taken into the hospital. I am just not good at like story telling so not sure how to share my experience and the reason behind it.

May not be the best place to ask this but I am launching my business in 2 months after 18 months of planning and my candle glass supplier has changed the manufacture process. I’ve got boxes and boxes of glass at home and they’ve changed manufacturing from hand made in the uk to machine made in china which was a huge marketing point for me. I still want to launch but I’m worried about this 😢 can I say hand poured in the uk and then make a big thing of the new, improved glass when we find a new supplier?
