The 'Mushroom Joe' that they mention– that's my uncle, when I was younger I helped him weigh mushrooms whenever I visited. He's always gone by 'Mushroom Joe' and he knows mushrooms like nothing else. I showed him his mention in this video, he was very tickled 😂

2021 Edit: Hello all, just wanted to say that Mushroom Joe is still kicking it in Seattle and doing deliveries :) I'm actually visiting SEA and will be tagging along with him this Saturday, he's popping up in a neighborhood to sell mushrooms to locals (something that he also does). He's getting older and there's not really anybody to take over his Mushroom empire. But I hope to spend as much time with him as I can, learn some things too. Thank you all for the cool comments. :)
