A much better choice for gift giving is garden snips. These are lightweight pruners that will handle most of what you’re doing in the garden, but they are not appropriate for cutting hard wood. I have a pair with me almost all the time and the needle nose tip makes detail work so much easier then with a large pruners.

Two that are great and that I recommend:

Use promo code IMPATIENT10 for 10% off your order.

Use promo code FREESHIPPING22 for free shipping to North America through November.

Great advice Erin and thanks for the suggestion on the snips. Now I know what to ask Santa for this year. Love my Felcos but you’re absolutely right about needing them for deadheading; so much easier to get in there for smaller cuts.
Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you’re having a great day - stay warm & well.

I have a pair of Fiskars snips that are similar to those, but smaller. I use them at least twice as much as my regular pruners.
