I am sending you a huge hug and kiss from Philadelphia, PA! Don't ever think your videos don't matter because you just made my night with this video. I just got home from the hospital today after 2 weeks because I badly broke my ankle and had to have 3 surgeries. I got myself all settled in my own bed finally only to discover the remote turned my TV off and on but nothing else. I know that this is not the worst thing in the world except that my son was making a lovely dinner for us to share in my bed to celebrate my coming home. My daughter was here as a surprise from college -and we had decided to watch Dune while we ate - and now the remote wasn't working and my daughter was on a train schedule. Your video was the 3rd one we tried and resetting the remote made it work perfectly! So please ignore any criticism and thank you so much for taking the time to post this video! resetting the remote fixed my issues thanks! I factory restored my insignia TV because it stopped working with TV antenna channels even after searching for channels it would not save them

Great advice. Just saved my evening at an airbnb. The left/back/menu method worked for me.

Ultimately it worked but initially after the restart procedure the three button command didn’t work then after 30 seconds or so the can’t detect your remote screen came up and I tried the 3 button command again and voila it worked.

I've been stuck on the language select screen side I bought the TV. I've never beef able to set up the TV so it's sat in my guest room for 3 months unused. Nothing works.
