Trust me I have tried this method in class 10, I was never good at math, almost a failure at math, I score 90+ in my boards.this trick literally helps a lot, you can write your common mistakes on a piece of paper and remember it while writing the exam

Mistakes that I made in just my last exam:
1) 5+8+12=24
2) Distance blw centre & P was 13 cm I took distance b/w P&tangent=13 cm
3) Did not read full question
4) Ans was 5000 I wrote 500
5) 90+25=125
6) Did not see that question existed
7) Question asked max no. of bulbs before fuse melted I wrote min no. of bulbs to melt fuse
