The Michigan one is just the sound of the road. It was newly laid asphalt. The fact that it wasn't completely flat. Couple that with tires rolling across it at high speed. It creates a weird noise. In time the road will even out, and the sound will go away.

Hey Slappy! The Elevator video is from a japanese youtube channel called Fake Documentary Q. They do paranormal mockumentary and found footage videos. The video in question is titled "Basement". I highly recommend the channel.

I actually live in Mt. Clemens, MI. And can tell you exactly what the sound is. They replaced and built new barriers at the lake fronts all around town and depending which way the wind blows it whistles. I fish late at night all year around and have been there when it happens. It's cool seeing my town on TV lol
