Grilled 36oz Porterhouse Steak -- Lobel's of New York

This is how to grill a Lobel's 36oz USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steak. I use my DCS gas grill to sear the steak, then finish cooking it indirect until it reaches the desired internal temp.
