Those steaks looks great, Larry. That marbling is so important, yet I have often seen people in the supermarket put nice marbled steaks aside and instead choose steaks with no marbling at all, apparently thinking the fat is bad for them. If I am there for steak, I always swoop in behind them and grab the marbled ones they discarded. It is such a big difference in texture and flavor.

Oh my gosh, I am waiting for mine!!  You haven't gotten here with it yet?  I am really hungry and this would sure make up for my Birthday Dinner that you forgot.  You better hurry!!  I got the salad ready and heck I can even make us a Lemon Chiffon Pie or maybe a Pecan Pie.  I am  putting the baked potatoes in now.  Hurry!!!  Looks so good!  :)
