It's impressive attention to detail that when Gideon screams, he actually gets louder and louder even though the audio is reversed. Which means the voice actor actually had to start screaming loudly and then lower his voice slowly so that it would actually increase in volume when reversed. I love that! Even the tiniest things really do matter in the end!

Rewatching GF years after the author reveal and I’m actually realizing the reason that Bill laughs when Gideon asks him to enter Stanford Pines’ head. He was probably thinking “yeah RIGHT, considering where Fordsy’s at right now, I’m probably not gonna be able to do that” only to realize “oh wait, he means the OTHER Stan”.

*Fun fact* In case you didn't notice, even Gideon is fooled in this episode. He needs that Mystery Shack to have all the 3 journals, to reign all over the world. He doesn't know that that machine (Stan's portals) actually Bill's world.
Bill is trying to act like he doesn't lnow at all and helps him, Bill helps himself actually. Gideon thinks that triangle is just "his minion".
About the end of the episode. Let's be serious. Bill is the Master of the Mind, he could get that cipher from "the Bottomless Pitt" memory, but he acted like he lost and played with the kids, while GIDEON put a dynamite in their shack. That was their deal. They played right. Bill knew when Gideon finished his work and was ready, so he acted defeated and left Stan's mind.
But anyway, Bill didn't told Gideon that there are 3 journals. Gideon didn't know. Bill was trying to trick the 8 years old kid to open the portal.
Bill is clever.

1:37 this frame was done so goddamn perfectly, after looking for a while you can tell, this is indeed Ford, but because of the lighting and the way it's shot, it looks like Stanley, with the light on ford's forehead appearing to be the symbol on Stanley's Fez. God damn this show was such a gem.
