Don't put your olive oil in the fridge keep it in dark bottle cause it protects the oil from sun light and put the bottle in a dark area not in the light..

So true! Also, do the refrigerator test. If the olive oil solidifies like butter in the fridge, it’s legit.

And it has to be extra virgin first press. This means that (if the company you trust) it was the first time the batch was run in the grinder. Cold press - freezing tools on the grinders. Would you want left over old oil out of a vat you hadn't cleaned? There's no regulations on these big companies, et al minimal.

After I listened to Dr. Janine, I went to look at the bottle of olive oil Ihad in my kitchen when I read it, it was from multiple sources, it also had a USDA seal and also it had a non GMO seal, so I was thinking that it was real, you can't trust anything any more, Thank You Dr. Janine for bringing this to our attention. ❤
