I just finished watching this last night and I BAWLED my eyes out at Snape’s death. He was my favorite character/Along with Sirius, Remus, and Dobby, but, Severus and Sirius were my absolute favorites/, and I was DISTRAUGHT. And when it was revealed the Elder Wand belonged to DRACO, not Snape, I felt even more upset. I know, Snape died for a REASON/that was more than lore/, and it /probably/ helped Harry win against Voldemort, but, to me, it’s like Snape primarily died just so we could have a nice good piece of lore, revealing his actual, true intentions. Like I know it’s more then that but it just seems like the primary reason, not to mention he had one of the much sadder and depressing deaths, and painful I’d imagine. Overall I’d say it just had me sobbing for about an hour for the rest of the movie after sobbing for a long while over Dobby’s death and some scenes with Snape BEFORE he was ruthlessly slaughtered.
