There’s s stand you can put your freezer bag on to open & stand the bag to make it easier to fill.

I’ve recently come to the realisation that we eat an unsustainable amount of salmon, hence the need to farm it. I wonder if there was another more sustainable fish that could take this particular marinade? I’m thinking I might try it with mackerel.

I bet you guys didn't show the flipping of the skewer bc it stuck a little bit. The struggle would've been worth watching as well lol
