Zesty Lemongrass Chicken

Lemongrass is a native plant in Southeast Asia. It's an herb that grows like a tall grass (hence the name), that has a subtle, citrus flavor. It goes great in teas, soups and stir frys. Freshly picked lemongrass stalks are the best, but if you're like me and don't have a garden, the next best thing is finding it at an Asian market. Usually, you can find them in stalks or in the freezer section, already finely chopped. Lemongrass is so aromatic it will make your home smell so good and will also ward off any bugs. So lets get started!
