In this test, we take a close look at the Amazon Fire Max 11, a new mid-range tablet that stands out with an attractive price tag of around 270 Euros. The device directly competes with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2022 and Lenovo Tab P11 Gen 2, and we find out whether it can surpass its rivals.

Hardware and Performance:
We delve into the hardware and performance of the Fire Max 11, which boasts a MediaTek MT8188J processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. Our benchmarks reveal that the Fire's CPU performance outperforms its competitors, but its compute performance for gaming falls slightly behind.

Design and Build:
The Fire Max 11 impresses with its metal body and a fingerprint reader embedded in the power button. However, it lacks a headphone jack, and in fall tests, it is slightly less robust than the iPad 10.

Display and Speakers:
The 11-inch display of the Fire Max 11 offers good pixel density and vibrant colors. The speakers deliver decent sound, but the competitors from Samsung and Lenovo offer slightly louder audio.

Amazon USI 2.0 Stylus:
The tablet supports the USI 2.0 technology for writing styluses, but in comparison to Samsung's S Pen or Apple Pencil, the included stylus is less precise.

Keyboard Cover:
The optional keyboard cover protects the tablet and provides comfortable typing, but it lacks a backlight.

Android without Google Play Store:
The Fire Max 11 runs on Amazon's Fire OS, which does not include Google apps and services. However, users can manually install the Google Play Store.

Battery Life:
The Fire Max 11 has a battery life of approximately 6 hours, while its standby time is impressive.

Conclusion:
The Amazon Fire Max 11 is a solid mid-range tablet with an appealing design, bright display, and good performance. The included stylus is decent, but Samsung's S Pen offers more precision. If the stylus is not a priority for you, and you are willing to install the Google Play Store manually, the Fire Max 11 is a recommended choice, especially due to its attractive price compared to the Samsung tablet. However, those who prefer a 120Hz display and Google's Android should also consider the Lenovo Tab P11 Gen 2.

Note that it can't recognize ExFat formatted SD cards. It's certainly a drawback, especially if you going to share SD cards between different devices.

When I got the progen 2 With android 12 it was the best tablet I ever owned. I recommended it to everyone. Then they didn't update to android 13 which caused a factory reset and wiped the whole tablet.
I send it back to them demanding they reinstall android 12. They returned it to me having done nothing. I finally contacted their customer service executives who said they were gonna send me a brand new P11 pro gen 2With android 12 on it. The fools sent me one With android 13 on it
Android 13 is useless Android 13 usless. It can't even do 5g.
I demanded a full refund. I got it I bought a fire 11 max.

Do a review on Lenovo P12 and Lenovo Pad Pro 12.7 or Lenovo Tab Extreme 14.5, please 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Bought the Lenovo Tab P11 Gen 1 and P11 Gen 2, 2+ years apart, and P11 Gen 2 is way better especially the software. Sad to see Lenovo is removing their Productivity/PC Mode in newer tablets with Android 13 but excited to see their ZUI with multitasking features & floating windows implementation similar to the iPad.
