Deeper Squat Routine
1. Foam roll calf for 1 minute
2. Calf stretch 5 x 10sholds
3. Joint mobilisation x 10 reps. Band on top of the foot
4. Goblet squat 5 x 20s holds. Elevate heels

its actually just about foot angling because that adjusts femur and hip socket, esp for women. Depending on your skeletal structure, some people need feet facing more forward, others more fanned out. If you look at her before, her feet are facing more forward, and in the after, they are fanned out a bit more, enabling her femur to rotate fully in the hip socket. I have gone deeper in my squat just by figuring out how my body is structured and adjusting my foot position to allow my femur to fully rotate within hip socket.

I found i need to be careful with the ankle stretches because I went too far and slightly tore my achilles tendons in both legs!

0:13 the green lines are SUPER exaggerated. I even took a screenshot to draw more exact lines and compare. The before and after shots are almost identical.
