Today, we are sharing our secret to making the BEST creamy Tuscan salmon at home. This restaurant-quality dish is easy to make and will leave your taste buds craving for more.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs salmon fillets 5 pieces
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
4 cloves garlic crushed and minced
2 stalks spring onion chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
½ cup fire roasted tomato
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup spinach leaves
½ cup parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Fry the salmon until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add garlic, spring onion, fire-roasted tomatoes, and garlic powder. Sauté for two minutes.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the baby spinach and cook for another two minutes.
7. Stir in the parmesan cheese and cook until it melts.
8. Return the salmon fillets to the pan and cook for one minute.
9. Enjoy your delicious and creamy salmon!
