Thank you for the cooking idea, I think I will try it since the ingredients are available in my refrigerator. Have you ever tried cooking spaghetti with creamy rendang sauce (rendang = Indonesian dish, meat with a typical Indonesian curry sauce made from coconut milk, blackish brown in color, spicy). Rendang pasta seasoning is sold on the market. The sensation is different from Indian, Middle Eastern or Japanese curry. By the way, I have tried your chili oil noodle recipe, it's delicious, it suits my taste because it uses hoisin, it's delicious on my tongue.
