Thank you very much, Dr. I learned about the main components of telecommunications networks and major networking technologies from this chapter. I recognized that the 5G network is critical to the seamless operation of all communications. The creation of widely used communications protocols for linking distant networks and computers (the most prominent of which being Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, or TCP/IP).

In this video, I had learnt the components of a simple computer network and key digital networking technologies. Second is types of networks which are local-area networks (LANs), metropolitan-area networks (MANs), wide-area networks (WANs) and campus area networks (CANs). Third is what is the internet and the web, domain name system, internet network architecture, VoIP, VPN. In cellular system, GSM and CDMA are the two major cellular technologies. Next is principal of wireless computer networks and internet access. Last, we need to know what is radio frequency identification (RFID) and wireless sensor networks (WSNs) function. From this chapter, i had learned about the internet speed and the networking and communication trends that providing convergence, broadband and broadband wireless. As for computer network, it is about the two or more connected computer while in large companies used hundreds or more connected computer. There are two key digital networking technologies which is client computing and packet switching while the internet is the extensive network that is providing connections. First is cellular systems and there are three types of it which are competing standards, 3G networks and 4G networks. Second is wireless computer networks and internet access which in it includes Wi Fi and Wi Max. The third is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). The fourth is Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs).

From this video i have learn from this chapter is about the difference between a network and the internet. Beside that, distinguish between LANs, CANs, WANs and MANs, and alsoto talk about their different range of operation. Note that a network can be defined by the way the clients interact; the type of physical medium to carry signals, and the way in which computers are connected and send signals to each other. Last but not least, the special hardware and software is needed to use RFID.

From this video, I have learned about the working of transmission control protocol(TCP) through 2 laptop. The procedures of TCP are application, transport, internet network and interface. Besides that, I also discovered the the working of the network using network infrastructure. Last but not least, I learned about the function of the modem which modulate signal. A modem help in converting digital signal to analog and convert back to digital signal.

From this video, I have learnt about there have hundreds of local area network (LANs) linked to firmwide corporate network in large companies. Besides, the key digital networking tecchnologies have client/ server computing, Packet switching and TCP/ IP and connectivity. Futhermore, there are 4 type of network like LANs, WANs, MANs and CANs. Last but not least, RFID that transmits data from tag to reader, then reader transmit the data to a host system over wiredv or wireless connections, last host computer processes the data from the tag.
