Besides that, I also leanrt about Porter’s competitive forces model as we need to have five competitive forces shape fate of firm which are traditional competitors, new market entrants, substitute products, customers, and suppliers. Thirdly, the value chain and value web models. Fourth is synergies, core competencies, and network-based strategies can help business to improve performance. I learned about the behavioural concept of organisation through sharing chapter 3. The first is structure, which includes hierarchy, rules, and cultures, and the second is process, which includes right, values, and people. They'll be the environmental output there is finished excellent and production report that's brought to a meeting for debate in a formal organisation. Finally, environmental resources are required for formal organisations to function in order to attain environmental outcomes. I'm also familiar with the five fundamental types of organisational systems.
