If you are in a sitting position, it is Important Both Feet are on the Ground, and your Head is supported. Prepare a glass of water for after the hypnosis: once you have finished to listen to it, please take your time before standing up, and do it slowly, knowing you might feel a bit dizzy or confused or tired, so just be gentle on yourself. It is highly recommended to listen to the Sleep Hypnosis at night time, or when you know you can have a short nap after.
