Eggs, who likes their eggs with some runny yolk? I DO! Maybe you do too?? Well the big deal to me is not having runny white stuff of the eggs....so here is how I do my eggs.... It is easy and excellent for dipping your toast (and no challenge of flipping eggs and ruining everything!!)

When I fry bacon, I keep the grease to use with cooking eggs. If I don't have bacon grease, it's butter all the way, baby! I can easily go through a pound of butter a week. You're a man after my own heart!

I always do a bit of butter and then crack the egg in. After a minute or two on high, I put a little bit of water and turn down the heat and continue cooking for 3 minutes. That way I don't have to deal with the fear of flipping it.

this worked great! i used to struggle a lot with crispy edges and i wanted my whites to be cooked but not crispy & still have a runny yolk. thank you! (also you’re funny)

My mom taught me to splash a bit of hot butter or bacon grease up onto the whites to make them cook and taste better. After that add a smidge of water to finish cooking

omg i was sitting here following him step by step and when i cracked my eggs in the pan it was clear so for about 20 minutes i cried because my egg wasn’t white turns out i just had to put a lid on the pot😭

The technical food term is eggs "over medium"

Over Easy is when the white is still runny also.

I always make my eggs with some water and a top. But the yolk gets a little hard on the bottom. I think I need to cook slower. I'm going to try garlic powder this time. This is sooo good on toast.

They def have a name, I call them "runny eggs" but the term you'd want to use if ordering out would be "over medium", that means runny yolk but no runny white bits :) - Lisa

I took my eggs out a couple seconds late. I went to go do soething anf my eggs yolk wsnt runny but like a boild egg. I was fine with it but itvdid infact work. Ill try this another time and watch them closley. >♡<
