My Ukrainian geography teacher mysteriously vanished last week. The school told us they have been contacting him since then and I overheard one of the headteachers saying they would fire him if he didn't respond because it is "irresponsible and unacceptable". In the middle of our lesson today, one of the teachers came in and told us that he is fighting in Ukraine to protect his parents. All of our jaws dropped. We are now waiting for him to update us. I hope he is doing good.
