Cell tower antennas are all pointed downward because people phone are on the ground. When your out of the line of signal site you just to get a signal. Cell towers send the signal to each other by fiber optics under ground. Towers don’t point to each other unless the focused microwave signal. Which has to be pointed at an exact spot. They are rare. I’ve work in telecom and towers all my life. The animation was great as always.
