How to configure Cisco IOU VM on GNS3?

Requirements to configure Cisco IOU on GNS3
4. VMware or Virtual Box "VMware Workstation Pro"
5. UNIX OS that support Cisco IOU "GNS3.IOU.VM.ova"

Steps to follow
1. Installing GNS3
2. Mounting GNS3.IOU.VM.ova on VMware
3. Uploading Cisco IOU images on UNIX
“User: root and password: cisco”
4. Generating Cisco IOU license key
5. Configuring GNS3

First Of all thank you so much,
and I wanna add small comment that if any body can't upload Cisco IOU keygen through the browser, its cool
used FileZilla program to connect to the server and drop the .py file under the images file
for the connection use the ip address for the server and user name and password which by default gns3 for both and port number 21, and after that follow the steps in the video and you be good,
