Elden Ring: All Missable Items in Leyndell, Royal Capital

All Elden Ring Items, Quests, and other content that you can get locked out of or miss in Leyndel Royal Capital. The point where you'll get locked out is after defeating Maliketh The Black Blade. Corhyn/Goldmask quest specifically needs to be completed before burning the Erdtree at the Forge of the Giants.

UPDATE: Apparently the Guardians that stand sentry outside the Erdtree Sanctuary can drop an exclusive item (the Guardian Garb (Full Bloom) Torso Armor Piece) you can only get it from them.

Hey everyone. I’m working on Part 5 for the walkthrough series. You can still do almost everything in this video (besides the Bernahl Request) without going to Volcano Manor. If you want to do the Bernahl Request and can’t wait you can safely eliminate the first two Manor Targets and all you might miss is a little dialogue with Rya, Tanith, or Diallos. Just DONT DEFEAT RYKARD OR THE FIRE GIANT!

Having gone through the entire game, collected all the items and finished all the quests. I gotta hand it to you, your guides are the best I've seen, and I keep watching them even though I already finished the game 1, 5 month ago. If I had these when I played my life would have been so much easier. Love how simple they are and how quickly you get to the point, just perfect. The editing, commentary and background music is also very calm and soothing. Keep up the good work, definitely deserve some more recognition for the content you're putting out.

Also a minor thing, you can cast law of regression without respeccing at all, you just need a lot of int-boosting items. Assuming the absolute lowest potential int of 7:

Godrick's Great Rune -> 12
Marika's Scarseal -> 15
Stargazer Heirloom -> 20
Twinsage Glintstone Crown -> 26
Intelligence-Knot Tear (in Physick) -> 36
Grafted Blade Greatsword Skill -> 41

The Grafted Blade can be wielded by reaching 27 Strength, 2 handed, which can also be reached assuming the minimum strength of 11:

Strength-Knot Tear -> 21
Starscourge Heirloom -> 26
Godrick's Great Rune -> 31

All other classes have higher int to not need the Grafted Blade, so some combination of the above will always work. Notice this is only using 2 talisman slots, and items obtainable before leyndell. (Eg, not using Marika's Soreseal, though you could of course come back later with it. Though I'd just be paranoid about forgetting and missing out.) All of these are obtainable relatively easily. I think maybe the worst is the Stargazer Heirloom, but even that isn't so bad.

I only know this relatively useless information from currently attempting an RL1 100% run. So trying to meet stat requirements as the wretch has me learning all sorts of weird things like that.

Awesome guide. The only thing I would add is the "full bloom" variant of the guardian garb which I believe can only be farmed from the guardians near the Erdtree sanctuary as other flowered versions of the mob seem to not drop it. These mobs disappear after Farum Azula so it can be permanently missed.

This is such a minor thing but made me have to like the video, that when you show a painting, you also show exactly where the item resulting from it is. So many guides are just like "In here is the Fightless Bird painting", and then you have find the separate Altus Plateau guide where they say "Here is the item for the Flightless Bird painting", which is usually so slow I'd have found it by myself. So thanks.

You probably (read: "should") have enough armour, armaments, and talismans at this point to meet the 37 Int requirement for Law of Regression without having to undergo rebirth and respec. But I don't know why FromSoft didn't just make it possible to give Corhyn the Pincipia tome so that he could learn of it and convey it to Goldmask himself. Rest, go back, interact, proceed with questline - seems simple and logical enough.
