Ok the circle one and letting people in in is a pretty important one. Like I approached a group of my "friends" and was like "hey guys" and they just gave me a little half smile then continued to ignore me and not open the circle.

This is actually so helpful as someone with social anxiety. It doesn't make the impending doom go away lol but it does help me when I have nothing to say

I'm an introvert who is socially awkward and have a hard time starting conversations with people, I also get extremely nervous. But I guess the more you do these things, the easier it gets.

When I'm having a conversation with someone, especially someone I don't know well, I always make sure to ask them tons of questions about themselves. People love talking about themselves and it makes it seem like you genuinely care about what they have to say.
