Streamlabs OBS Guide: SLOBS Best Twitch Stream Settings 2018

Is there a best settings for OBS? I think there are good guidelines to go by, but I discuss what I use and what Twitch recommends and how you need to determine the settings you need as a new or partnered streamer.

I just built my first gaming PC little over a week ago and decided to also try out streaming to see if it is something I enjoy. I have watched a ton of youtube videos to help me get everything set up. Although I found your channel today, after already having the basics set up in SLOBS, I'm glad I found you. When you mention CPU usage around 7:50 - do you use the numbers shown on your SLOBS screen (lower left corner) or do you open taskmanager and look at the CPU usage there?
