“Conspiracy theorists” knew this already. Independent journalists like Kim Iversen reported it at the time. You are 3 years late on the story. The deep flaw with people just now learning this is that they need an authority figure to tell them what to think or what’s real. You know FOIA is a thing right? Do some real journalism.

In the video, Zuckerberg is talking about blatantly illegal activities online- that's what I understand. I don't hear a contradiction between the clip and the letter, which is talking about political pressure to censure certain information based on who benefits.

Trump pressured them to remove Chrissy Tiegan's post that Trump was an [expletive]. So censorship wasn't a new thing and Trump pushed for it when safety wasn't an issue - he was just butt hurt.
