For everyone wondering:

"Harvard Health recommends that the average person consume no more than 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or about 125 grams per day for someone who weighs 140 pounds. However, this is a rough estimate, and experts don't agree on a specific number. If you're trying to lose weight, NASM recommends consuming 1.6–2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or athletes and people who exercise a lot should consume 2.2–3.4 grams per kilogram."

Personally, this method has helped me lose fat, gain lean muscle and feel more energy. It's improved my mood, my ptsd, and my overall well-being. I expect that when I begin an exercise routine again, I will have even more successful results. Good luck!😊
