Im guessing the main character in the modern world is the Japanese yakuza guy who fight with a Katana, I forgot who his name is. He made a voice appearance in Assassin's Creed Oddysey
EDIT: The name is Kiyoshi Takakura, he is part of Japanese brotherhood of Assassins (former yakuza who later merge with Assassin's organization in Japan). I still dont know who the protagonist inside the animus thou, I've heard it's someone named Yasuke?

I truly cannot wait for this game. I stopped pre-ordering games a long time ago because I wanted to see reviews first but I may have to pre-order this. I know they are saying it is going to be the RPG style but I'm hoping more old school AC because I mean C'mon NINJAS!!!
