I always thought I was crazy or something was wrong with me. I couldn't control them and I hated myself for them. It's like I wanted to fight the part of me that wished harm for others because I could never. I don't have them now thank god. But honestly this video made me realize that it was maybe, normal?

My friend always says her intrusive thought out loud, like when I’m driving and she just blurts out

“there are so many people on the sidewalk, what if you just ran them over”

and “if you fell asleep at the wheel and hit a tree, would it kill us both or just you”

And if I’m playing VR and she comes over she’d say “if I stabbed you right now would you know it was me”
She’s so sweet I love her
