Every Skybella wind chime comes with a bonus windcatcher that hangs below the chime on a string, and it helps control the volume of your chime. The larger windcatcher is meant to catch less wind and make quieter noise. The smaller windcatcher is meant to pick up more wind and make a louder noise.
