I just put together 20 eggs rolls.
I already made 'scratch' Chinese hot mustard, and I need some 'duck sauce'!
I don't have any apricot jam, but I do have some 'plum sauce' I use for a Kimchi ingredient. I guess I'll have to do a little experimenting. _Thanks for the video!_

Many years ago, at a Chinese restraunt in New Orleans, I saw them making a batch that was almost identical to this recipe, but they add applesauce to it. I was talking to the owner said they will also use plum sauce in place of the apricot preserves some times.
