How to make Chinese Duck Sauce | Sauce for Pancake Duck

Here's my video on how to make sauce for Crispy Roast Duck, or some places call it Peking Duck. Many restaurant use Hoi Sin sauce but I have my own recipe to create a delicious sauce that is very different using Plum Sauce. Check my video for ingredients. Any questions leave a comment :)

Recipe:

25g Dried Orange Peel, rehydrated
350g Water
1 bottle Chu Hou Sauce
20g Oyster Sauce
500g Castor Sugar
