It makes the leftovers the next day just as enticing – imagine a slice of this juicy gammon in a crusty sandwich with some pokey mustard.

Really good stuff. Love the format. Great recipe too. Not a big meat eater but I'm gonna do this for Xmas for everyone else.

That looks really easy. I very well may have to try that!
I rarely eat gammon, maybe once a year if that. This could be a game changer!

That looks delicious. Could I try it with ham since I can't find gammon here? Or would it be rubbery after boiling, since ham is already cooked?

Dude -I love your work - especially your pieces on SV Gammon and scrambled Eggs - but that thermopen was reading 92c! Should you revisit your timing for such a small piece of gammon?

Looks really good.
However I would much prefer Honey roast ham.
But I understand this is a Jamie series.
