Franklin has good businesses to buy. I personally value the LSD Customs property even more, because I waste a ton of money on vehicle upgrades.

Let's be honest - Franklin is the best overall character in the game. Los Santos Customs, Sonar mission, best driving skills, Smoke on the water... You can really do something in story mode with Franklin.

I know its not part of the job but when you have the sub from the waste dock you can also hunt the 12 hidden packages that are worth alot of money

I also really like the small airfield you can buy with trevor up in the north. Not much money to earn there but i think the missions are quiet fun to do.

If you guys didn’t know, if do the missions for the property than the income increases, if you don’t do the missions, realistically the company will run out of supplies and other resources because you aren’t helping them which would result in your income either not going up or going down

The problem with Smoke on the water is that you have to keep doing side quests for it

You know what you should do after the jewelry heist buy the waste collection business and with the money you get from that buy smoke on the water. Then wait a fair bit till you have like 1-2 mil and this is before the hotel assassination that you must do to advance the story. So before the hotel mission you can invest all of your earnings which could be like 2 mill into bettapharmicutical and when you assassinate the target their stocks will go up. So instead of investing like 200k and getting a return of 100 k you can invest 2 mil and get a return of 1 mil using this I had like 5 mil for each character before the big score and then I used the assassination missions to get 2.1 billion

imagine if the Los Santos customs buisness works for all the other customs in los Santos instead of traveling to just that one.
