I have no vss and vs pin on l293d module .I have only vin and vcc pin .so how to i connect l293d module as circuit diagram.

Make a small fire and see if it can come to it from 1 meter away. Now that would be a major achievement. You would probably need some video recocnition software for that.

sir everything is working but the 5v water pump is not running. when i connect it with 5v volt supply source then it run but when i connect it to the 6th pin on arduino it not work. i am using arduino nano so please reply me because its my science fair project.
