ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Sana is a Product Manager at Mircosoft. Prior to her current role, she held various positions at Amazon. Sana started as a Business Analyst where she built and owned Amazon Fresh’s operations and financial metrics and led Fresh Weekly Business Review reports. She then transitioned to a Program Manager role where she has launched the Smarter Appeals program, which overhauled and implemented a new appeals program to balance stringent measures against gamification while improving seller experience.
