*Correction:* When he says "neutrons", he _means_ "nuclei" (plural of nucleus, the center part of an atom that contains neutrons, but also protons). Neutrons cannot exist by themselves because they decay with a 15 minute half life.
Be careful about getting scientific info from small channels with generic-sounding names like _"The Cosmic Summit"_ - they very often get important things wrong. The guy in the video is clearly not a physicist.
