Howard Floyd has been teaching people how to drive since 2009. He is a DVSA Grade 'A' ADI, holds the Cardington Special Advanced Test (Grade A), RosPA Advanced Test (Gold) and is a registered ORDIT trainer. Howard lives in Norwich (UK) with his family.

Tesla ! Not much to worry about gears for PDI everything is automatic no stalling even handbrake auto ! Was the lesson plan agreed though at the beginning? Pdi not mentioned about risk and consequences on waiting too long when there is gap, what cars behind going to do, learner had to mention but PDI should ask few more q&a on that .

What is the majors differences from grade A and grade B ADI?

Why is there so much background noice? It’s hard to hear Howard sometimes, it’s sounds you are park next to a diesel truck.

Shouldn't the PDI be straight to the point instead of playing guessing games? Like he said "Howard, what do you think of this roundabout " whereas he should have said what the learner did like " Howard, you cut lanes in the roundabout " and ask further questions from there
