North Korea has sent around 1,500 of its special forces to Russia for training to join Putin’s war in Ukraine, The Guardian reported citing South Korea’s intelligence agency. South Korean media on October 18 reported that North Korea has decided to dispatch some 12,000 troops to Russia to fight alongside Putin’s men in Ukraine. NATO, which supports Ukraine, said it can’t confirm the reported development.
