Hello Davis, I am 2023 dv lottery winner.My CN is 4XXX range.I have an issue regarding my father's name change.part of his His name was changed and still his Birth certificate or any document not changed.But his updated name we put to our Marriage certificate .As still my father has not processed with updated name change documents, will this be a issue to my case?
